At Sarah Taylor Art, we want you to be completely enamored with your new home decor; if your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all original works and prints. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to guarantee a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our studio support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
